Fashion month is nearing an end and I can’t hold myself back from commenting any longer. Starting February 3 and ending March 4, fashion month has blessed the world with chic new trends and inspiration for the creative minded. I firmly believe black is the greatest color in the universe for clothing and accessories (sorry, Anna Wintour). So, after seeing all of the amazing black pieces from the ready-to-wear runways, I felt the need to share my absolute favorites with you.

Off-White, Rochas, Dolce & Gabbana, Oscar de la Renta, Elie Saab. These dresses and one-pieces stole the show this season.

Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Rick Owens, Dries Van Noten. Blazers and jackets were all the hype this season, these designers created some of my favorite jacket looks.

Shoulder pads in the 80's could never compete with this seasons dramatic shoulder trend. The bigger the shoulder, the better for these designers. Isabel Marant made one of my favorite collections of the season. The emerald tint on the dark base may not be entirely "black" but it is entirely brilliant. Rick Owens channels futuristic vibes in his innovative line and Ellie Saab combines the go-getter jumpsuit with big shoulders for his line.

Saint Laurent. This collection. Is. Everything.

Giorgio Armani. Another fantastic collection with a heavy emphasis on black.
