In the spirit of upcoming mother’s day, I started searching for gift inspiration for my mom. As I was reading online lists of “best mother’s day gifts” I realized that these lists were overflowing with cooking and cleaning products. Now, I understand that everyone has their own hobbies, but last time I checked, most of the women I know would much rather have a gift that worked for them instead of one that made them work. So with that being said, these are my mother’s day gift idea recommendations that are purely for pampering. Just a little note: I do not personally own any of these products, this is meant to be inspiration for your own searches.

1) Gift Card Goddess

A gift card to a local restaurant or coffee shop may be the way to go this year. Typically, I prefer to stray from a gift card. However, with the current business limitations, a gift card can replace taking mom out for an exquisite meal or her favorite oat milk latte. Also, supporting small businesses during this time is a stellar win-win.

2) Pajama Mama

A new lightweight top and short set, satin robe, or fluffy house slipper can make your mother feel ultra comfy while you binge watch old America's Next Top Model episodes.

3) The Gift That Keeps On Giving

Subscription box services are the way to go for moms who love delayed gratification. From wine, to beauty, to cheese, to spa products these boxes add spice and surprise to her month.

4) Snug As A Bug

Weighted blankets are a guaranteed heart stealer. They are best known for reducing stress and improving sleep, who wouldn't want one?!

5) Cheers, Mums!

A wine night is only as good as your accessories. Whether it be a swish wine decanter, an innovative wine bottle tap, or an easy to use automatic cork remover these products are guaranteed to up your wine night game.

6) Self-Care Queen

Disclaimer: coupons for a "back rub" are not what I'm talking about here. Unfortunately, mom can't escape to the spa for the day. This means that gift cards will have to do. Head to (or call) your local nail salon, masseuse, or esthetician to purchase a gift card for your favorite woman to treat herself.

7) Espresso Junkie

My newest obsession is this temperature controlled smart mug. If your mom gets as distracted as I do while working, coffee that never gets cold is a must must must.

8) Epsom Salt Enthusiast

For any bubble bath loving mom, these new caddy trays are an essential. Sit back and unwind with a book and glass of wine with this relaxation must have.

9) Marathon Mom

Every woman needs a great pair of exercise shoes in her life. Whether she has picked up a new love for running or prefers to lift weights, she needs the best support for her feet.

10) Shady Lady

The time for sunshine has come around once again. With that being said, the perfect pair of sunglasses are a necessity. Bold divas and classic chics can agree that a great pair of shades are a summer must have.

All of these gifts should be accompanied with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful card, lots of love, and a little quiet time. To anyone who has helped raise a human, you are amazing and should be celebrated always.
